My name is Brent Warnke, and construction has been a part of my life since I was a teenager. I got my start working alongside my dad in commercial concrete flatwork, where he taught me two values that have stayed with me throughout my career: work hard and always have integrity.

I’m a husband and father of four, and family is at the heart of everything I do. Those same values my dad taught me are the values I strive to pass on to my own children and bring to the way we operate our business.

From commercial and residential concrete flatwork to remodeling homes, I’ve spent my career gaining hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of construction. I learned not only how to do the work, but how to lead crews, manage projects, solve problems, and make sure a job gets done right.

I also spent 15 years working for a property maintenance company with more than 15 employees, including 10 years running day-to-day operations. During that time, I managed maintenance operations and crews while completing several full-scale multifamily property rehabs from start to finish. That experience gave me a strong understanding of what it takes to manage projects from the initial planning stages through completion while maintaining quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Today, we are proud to be a full-service, family-owned and operated construction company. With more than 20 years of industry experience, we provide reliable, high-quality workmanship for both residential and commercial customers.

Our services include renovations, cabinet sales and installation, roofing, siding, concrete flatwork, demolition, remodeling, and more.

Whether we’re handling a small renovation or a complete property rehabilitation, we treat every project with the same level of care and attention to detail. We understand that our customers are trusting us with their homes, businesses, and investments, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.

For us, this business is about more than construction. It’s about building something we can be proud of, creating a future for our family, and earning the trust of the families and businesses we work with.

We believe in doing what we say we’ll do, standing behind our work, and treating people with honesty and respect.

Hard work. Integrity. Quality craftsmanship. Family values. That’s what we’re building our company on.
